Clients are responsible for booking their own international flights to and from the destination. Our local partners will coordinate with you to ensure the planned flights connect with any other arrangements.

How is payment made?

Payment is made directly to Otherlands Travel partners by bank transfer or card payment. Local partners shall provide payment options and instructions, including the currency and cancellation conditions. Any applicable refunds are provided directly to you.

Your money is fully protected with any holidays booked with UK partners, as required by UK law. In destinations elsewhere, local travel operators adhere to their own national laws.
